CARVING REGISTRATION FORM
WESTERN MONTANA WOODCARVING SHOW

Carving registration is on Friday April 25, 2003 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.   
Missoula County Fairgrounds, 1101 South Ave West, Missoula, MT  Fine Arts Building
$3.00 per entry (except Junior Division and 602 Exhibit Only pieces which is $2.00 per entry). 

Present this completed form with your pieces and fees during carving registration.

Classification areas for Section, Division and Category are listed in this brochure.
Skill levels include Junior,Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert and are described in the brochure.  
No carvings will be accepted after 7:00 pm. A carving receipt may be used by the carver for show admission.  
Carvings will be released to receipt holder only and no earlier than 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 27, 2002

This form is to be used for competition entries and to rent display tables.  
Exhibits may be set up from 3 to 7 pm on Fri. April 25th.  
Show will be open to public on Sat. April 26th from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Sun. April 27th from 12 pm to 4 pm.

No Host Dinner at the Missoula Carousel on Sat. April 26th at 6:30 pm.
 $2.00 show entry fee waived to all displayers and competitor’s.
