The Great Falls Carvers meet every Thursday evening at the Senior Citizen’s Center from 7-9.

 We had a great Christmas party and potluck dinner again in December.  It really is a good time to meet the new carvers, some of us bring a few of our carvings for display and these newer carvers can see what other carvers are doing...lot's of fun!

We have been getting some carvers from around our area, Brady, Fairfield and Conrad at our Thursday night carving meet.

LeRoy's Winter classes have just ended and his Spring classes begin.  Both classes were full again with ten carvers each. 

Wes has been traveling again, this time to Chicago for a Bob Guge bird class.  We have seen the shore bird that he finished back there, good job! 

LeRoy is teaching a short class at the Missouri Breaks and at MSU Great Falls.  Jim Harlan, Tim Widhalm, Alice Myron and Phyllis will help him out.  Plans are that the students will finish carving and painting and take home a show piece.
