Missoula show 2004 Registration Form

CARVING REGISTRATION FORM---2004

Carving registration is on Friday April 30th from 3 to 7 pm .

Public Viewing May 1-9 A.M.- 5:30 P.M.& May 2- 12P.M.- 4 P.M.

$3.00 per entry (except Junior Division which is $2.00 per entry).

Present this completed form with your pieces and fees during carving registration.

Classification areas for Section, Division and Category are listed in the brochure.

Skill levels include Junior, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert and are also described in the brochure. No carvings will be accepted after 7 pm . The Claim Check from your carving tag is your entry ticket for the show. Carvings will be released to the claim check holder only and no earlier than 4 pm on Sunday, May 2nd.

Exhibits may be set up from 12 to 7:00 pm on Fri, April 30.
Show will be open to the public
On Sat, May 1 from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Sun May 2 from 12 pm to 4 pm .
(Catered Dinner on Sat, May 1 at 6:30pm . At the Missoula Carousel)

Competition entries can be picked up after 4 pm on Sun. May 2.
